GENERAL RETURN POLICY
All sales at AHPNutrition.com are final except for special circumstances listed below. These include pre-damaged or defective items, incorrectly shipped products, or out of stock/discontinued items. If your scenario falls under any of these circumstances, you must contact AHPNutrition.com by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order. AHPNutrition.com will then contact you with instructions on how to proceed with your return and refund. No refunds will be issued if a product is returned before AHPNutrition.com issues and approves authorization. All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, USPS, or any other courier that issues a tracking number.

RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
You must contact AHPNutrition.com within 7 days of receiving your item. AHPNutrition.com will then contact you via e-mail to issue an authorized return number. Once AHPNutrition.com receives your returned product and if it is determined to be defective the customer will be issued a full refund on that product as well as shipping charges. If the product is determined not to be defective then the customer will receive a refund less a 25% restocking fee and less original shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE
During hot times of the year such as the summer months some products (such as bars) will melt if left outside in the warm environment. If you will not be available to accept your order, please leave clear instructions for UPS to leave your package in a cool area or not to deliver it if no one is home. All of our products are shipped in fresh condition directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Thus, AHPNutrition.com cannot accept returns for heat-damaged products as it is not negligence on the manufacturer or AHP’s part.

INCORRECT ITEM/PRODUCT SHIPPING
If AHPNutrition.com ships a product other than the product ordered we will issue a complete refund and will have the incorrect item picked up at our expense. Due to our quality satisfaction service the customer will have their choice to receive the correct product or receive a full refund including shipping charges.

DAMAGES
AHPNutrition.com will not be responsible for damages due to elements out of our control i.e. weather (melting bars, freezing drinks) etc. We will not ship drinks in glass containers – no exceptions.

OUT-OF-STOCK POLICY
AHPNutrition.com will notify you within 1 business day if an item is out of stock or discontinued. In such instances another product of equal value may be chosen or a full refund for that item will be available.

MANUFACTURER MONEY BACK GUARANTEES
AHPNutrition.com is not held responsible for guarantees, claims, or money back guarantees offered by product manufacturers. This is an issue that must be taken up with the specific manufacturer of the product in question.

REIMBURSEMENT OF PAYMENT
Please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed once the item has been returned to AHP Nutrition. Additional time may occur with individual banks or special circumstances.
